The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, bringing creativity and energy to our bar environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling practices. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to customers. Experience Previous experience in bartending or a related role in a restaurant is required Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs efficiently.
