As a Server, you'll be responsible for taking orders accurately, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experiences and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in the restaurant industry Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Proven skills in guest services, customer relations, and sales with a focus on upselling techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality in a lively environment!
