Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and personable Servers and Bartenders to create memorable moments for our guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure excellent customer service in a lively environment. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude will be key to your success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations when appropriate Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas Manage time effectively during busy shifts to deliver prompt service Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues professionally Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Toast POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety protocols Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of catering, food handling, and hospitality standards enhances your candidacy Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
