Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests receive attentive service, accurate orders, and a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will help create a lively and enjoyable environment for all guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to foster a welcoming atmosphere Must be available Weekends and Holidays Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage guest relations by addressing needs promptly, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas as needed Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction processing Experience in hospitality, serving, or host/hostess roles is advantageous Join us to be part of a lively team where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit special!
