Full-Time / Part-Time Sofia's Taqueria is looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team! We are a fast-paced, high-volume Mexican restaurant known for great food, strong cocktails, and an upbeat atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests Manage multiple tables in a high-volume environment Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into POS system Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and confidently make recommendations Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining quality standards Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service ⸻

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of serving experience (high-volume preferred) Strong multitasking and time management skills Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and beverages (preferred but not required) Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays ⸻
