Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cashing out guests accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or other cash handling tools Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality roles preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience with serving, food preparation, and food safety protocols essential for maintaining sanitation standards Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
