In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our residents and their guests while contributing to a welcoming and engaging dining experience. Whether you bring prior bartending experience or are new to the field, we provide hands-on training to help you succeed. Creativity is encouraged—our residents enjoy handcrafted beverages and engaging service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages, including classic and specialty drinks Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Deliver meals promptly with professionalism and courtesy Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment Collaborate with team members and follow directions from the Dining Room Manager Support overall dining room operations as needed Qualifications Genuine passion for serving seniors and enhancing their daily experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Previous bartending or serving experience is a plus, but not required Additional Information This is a non-gratuity (no-tip) community Paid training provided—no experience necessary Benefits Flexible scheduling Paid time off Employee referral program Deeply discounted meals (including complimentary soups and beverages) Ongoing employee appreciation events Equal Opportunity Employer Statement All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
