Server/Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in nightlife settings or fine dining establishments and have a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including Aloha POS if applicable. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks and handling food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Participate in promotional events or sales initiatives to enhance customer engagement. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or similar platforms. Experience in the food industry or retail math is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and sales techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
