Job Description
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender-Server, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests behind the bar and when on the floor serving guests. In this dynamic role, you will craft delicious beverages, serve food with flair, and deliver exceptional customer service in a lively environment. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced setting while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all of our patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take food orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen via POS, and deliver dishes promptly while maintaining excellent customer engagement. Manage POS systems (Skytab) for order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision. Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, upsell/add ons, and offering recommendations and dessert. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety and company standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, perform basic math calculations for bills and tips, and ensure accurate cashiering procedures. Keep bar area stocked and organized and other relative tasks as required. Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments as a
BARTENDER
with at least 1 year experience Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards handling multiple groups at a time. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations and ID checking to ensure compliance at all times. An active ServSafe On-Premise Alcohol Certificate will be required to have or obtain within 30 days. Ability to perform basic retail math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions.MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MOSTLY NIGHTS & WEEKENDS
