About the Role We are actively seeking both Serving & Bartending positions with the ability to work both the floor and the bar as needed to support the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in hospitality and craft. What You'll Do Serve guests on the floor and behind the bar Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails Open and close the restaurant or bar, including cash handling and end-of-shift duties Deliver friendly, attentive service that creates repeat guests Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service and bar area Work closely with a lean team during busy shifts Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines How We Work (Our Core Values) We're not a corporate restaurant — we're a hands-on, owner-operated taphouse built around quality, teamwork, and momentum.
