BeachWay Resort & BaySide Inn are locally owned and operated in Saugatuck. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our housekeeping team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys being part of a small, friendly team.

What You'll Do:

Clean guest rooms and common areas to a high standard—with an eye for detail and efficiency Handle laundry and light outdoor upkeep (watering plants, wiping patio tables, etc.) Monitor rooms for any damage or maintenance needs & report them to management in a timely manner Interact with guests in a warm, professional manner when needed Support the team and help with other tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Reliability, a positive attitude, and an eye for cleanliness Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs (laundry baskets, vacuums, etc.) Willingness to work weekends or flexible shifts as needed
