Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Toast POS Assist servers with delivering food and beverages promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and dining areas Answer guest inquiries politely over the phone and in person, providing excellent customer service Support the restaurant team during busy periods by performing basic serving duties when needed Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent communication skills and attentive guest relations Requirements Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
