Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional and friendly service to guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit.

Order Taking:

Accurately record and deliver guests' food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring prompt and efficient service.

Menu Knowledge:

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our menu offerings, including food and beverage options, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.

Bilingual Communication:

Effectively communicate with English and Spanish-speaking guests, making them feel comfortable and at ease while dining.

Table Maintenance:

Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Handling Payments:

Process guests' payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

Preferences :

Previous Serving Experience :

Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but we are also open to enthusiastic individuals with a passion for excellent customer service.

Bilingual Proficiency :
