• Take and deliver orders promptly and accurately.
• Manage cash register transactions and handle payments efficiently.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Upsell and suggest menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and ingredients to accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Perform basic math calculations accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and handling standards.

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service, preferably as a Server.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic math calculations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized dining area, adhering to food safety and handling standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
