As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Requirements Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous. A passion for sales through upselling menu items is highly valued. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
