Job duties include the following:

Obtain customer and vehicle information, clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by customer and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle. Develop and prepare accurate cost of materials, supplies, and labor and calculate customer's payment. Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required, obtain approval signatures, and enters RO into service database. Build and maintain customer rapport by explaining estimate, answering customer questions and concerns, obtaining and providing contact numbers, providing expected return of vehicle, and arranging towing and temporary transportation as applicable. Oversees quality control and technicians working on customers' vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times. Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedure as applicable. Performing other duties as assigned by Service Manager. To apply, mail resumes to
