What You'll Do Greet customers and create a great first impression Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally Build estimates and repair orders Keep customers updated throughout the day Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers Answer phones and schedule appointments Help maintain smooth shop workflow and strong customer satisfaction Perform final quality and invoice checks before vehicle delivery What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills Organized and detail oriented Automotive knowledge preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with strong morals and integrity Sales and customer service experience is a plus Reliable and professional Benefits No weekends Highly competitive pay Health insurance Dental insurance
