Overview At Gallagher, we re united by a commitment to excellence and service. As a Service Consultant, you ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our large and complex clients. You ll work closely with our Health & Benefits Producers and service teams to ensure every client receives tailored solutions that align with their goals. How you'll make an impact In this role, you ll be the go-to person for our executive-level clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You ll guide the service team in executing client strategies and delivering on key priorities. By analyzing client data, you ll identify trends and provide solutions that enhance their health and welfare plans. You ll also collaborate with producers to develop strategic presentations and attend client meetings to ensure seamless communication. Additionally, you ll: Provide insights on compliance and benefits trends. Oversee vendor relationships to ensure clients get the best solutions. Support the team with training and guidance to drive success. Help identify new opportunities to expand our services.

About You Required:

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Must hold appropriate Life & Health licensing as required and be able to travel up to 50% of the time. Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience in managing client relationships essential. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Insurance knowledge. Life & Health experience preferred, as well as solid financial acumen

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
