As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to support our In-Home Property Services and Maintenance Operations team. This position plays a critical role in keeping our field operations running efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Compensation & Benefits $65,000 - $75,000 annual compensation including bonuses Paid Time Off Flexible work environment Ongoing training and development Casual and team-oriented office culture Advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing company Bonuses Position Overview The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling maintenance technicians, coordinating service calls, ordering materials, and ensuring projects and work orders move efficiently from start to completion. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with customers and technicians, and enjoys solving operational challenges. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate maintenance technicians and service appointments Manage daily work orders and technician schedules using Jobber. Coordinate materials, deliveries, and vendor logistics for service projects Communicate with homeowners, tenants, vendors, and internal staff regarding scheduling and project updates Support field teams by ensuring technicians have the information and materials needed to complete jobs efficiently Track project progress and follow up on outstanding work orders or payments Maintain accurate records within company software systems Help improve operational workflows and customer service processes Support the growth and efficiency of the Property Services Division Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in scheduling, dispatching, construction coordination, property management, or service operations preferred Comfortable working with technology and software systems ( Jobber, AppFolio, & Workforce) Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve under pressure Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset Experience coordinating vendors, technicians, or field service operations is a plus Why Join May Property Management?
