Service Maintenance Part-Time

The City of Grandview Heights, Ohio is looking for Part-Time Maintenance Workers in the Service Department. Primary duties include careful and safe operation of a variety of heavy/light motorized equipment, care and maintenance of city streets and sewers, collection of solid waste, yard waste and recyclables; other related duties as assigned. Required qualifications are the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and be on your feet for several hours per day; the ability to work outside in heat and adverse weather conditions; and the ability to operate mechanical equipment such as utility vehicles, dump trucks and various hand tools. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, high school diploma or equivalent, and possession of a valid Ohio Drivers License preferred . The starting salary is $16.00/hr., up to 40 hours a week.
