" We're hiring the operational backbone of AlphaTech. This is the person who keeps everything moving — calls handled, schedules tight, customers taken care of, and jobs flowing without chaos. If you are the type of person who: Sees what needs to be done before being told Can handle phones, scheduling, and problem-solving at the same time Takes ownership instead of waiting for direction Thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment Then this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage incoming calls and customer communication Schedule jobs and coordinate with technicians Keep operations organized and on track daily Support sales and service workflow Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
Not a slow-paced desk job Not limited to answering phones Not for someone who needs constant direction
WHAT THIS ROLE IS
Fast-paced and hands-on Critical to daily operations A position where your performance directly impacts the business
COMPENSATION
