Job Description
AT3 Staffing is partnered with a leading provider of power quality and voltage control solutions , supporting mission-critical applications across a variety of industrial and commercial environments. This organization is known for delivering highly reliable electrical equipment and providing exceptional technical support to its customers across North America and beyond. We are seeking a Key Account Technical Service Representative to support installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced electrical systems. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with a mix of in-house and field service technical troubleshooting, and customer support , offering strong visibility and impact. The Opportunity In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource responsible for: Supporting installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in the field Building strong relationships with customers and service partners Supporting both pre-sales and post-sales technical needs This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, travel, and working directly with customers . What You'll Do Field Service & Support Perform installation, startup, preventative maintenance, and repair of power systems and electrical equipment at customer sites Troubleshoot and resolve issues across electrical and electromechanical systems Serve as a primary technical contact for customers, providing both onsite and remote support Testing & Commissioning Conduct final testing and inspection of equipment prior to shipment when needed Perform system commissioning and ensure proper functionality in the field Customer & Partner Engagement Act as a technical interface for customers and service partners Provide timely updates, service reports, and documentation following service activities Support key accounts and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Coordination & Planning Schedule service calls and coordinate with internal teams and third-party service providers Assist in quoting service work and identifying parts or support needed for repairs Continuous Improvement Provide feedback to improve products, service processes, and customer experience Contribute to the development of service policies and best practices What You'll Bring Associate's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience 1+ years of experience in field service, electrical systems, or related technical role Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Experience with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically (with occasional international travel) up to 25% Ability to obtain or hold a valid passport Work Environment & Physical Requirements Combination of field work, manufacturing environments, and office settings Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to ~50 lbs) Use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment Moderate noise levels in industrial settings Why This Opportunity? Pay:
