Service Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time skilled and dedicated onsite Service Technician to join our team at our Little's of Silverdale, PA location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various equipment and appliances. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work independently in diverse environments. The Service Technician will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. Must provide own tools. Compensation is based upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Conduct maintenance and repairs on customer and dealer owned mechanical equipment. Diagnose issues with equipment using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics. Operate company vehicles to transport tools and equipment as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete larger repair projects safely and effectively. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in various environments. Must provide own tools. Skills Proficient in lawn and garden equipment maintenance tasks. A clean driving record is required. Forklift certification is a plus. Diesel experience is a plus. DOT medical card is a plus. Strong skills in equipment repair. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Experience in small equipment repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
