Service Technician Hubbard, OR $25

  • Full-time Overview The primary responsibility of the Service Technician is to diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul machinery and vehicles
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Record details of repairs made, and parts used. Reassemble machines and equipment following repair, testing operation and making adjustments as necessary. Maintain, repair, and overhaul farm machinery and vehicles, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems. Examine and listen to equipment, read inspection reports, and confer with customers to locate and diagnose malfunctions. Dismantle defective machines for repair, using hand tools. Use diagnostic equipment to properly diagnose and reprogram ECU's when needed Write up description of repairs for billing Contact customers regarding repairs needed and completed while in the field Communicate with service office regarding scheduling of return appointments needed Keep up to date on all training requirements Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle Report maintenance needs of vehicle to service manager

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and OEM Diagnostic software. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma/ GED 2-5 years of service technician experience
LANGUAGE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to management.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATION
Forklift certified preferred Kubota Registered Technician preferred Valid Driver's license (CDL & Med card Preferred)
