Service Technician

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Powersports Service Technician to build, PDI, accessorize and maintain a variety of powersports vehicles. You'll work closely with our sales manager, parts department, and fellow technicians to ensure every customer's machine leaves our shop running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, PDI and accessorize ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft
• Perform PDI, inspections, and adjustments according to manufacturer specifications
• Accurately document repair work and parts used
• Communicate effectively with the service, sales and parts department to ensure efficient workflow
• Stay current with OEM training, service bulletins, and technical updates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Handle customer units with care and attention to detail
• Assist in setup and pre-delivery inspections of new units
• Delivery and transport of units to customers and/or sales events

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a powersports, auto, motorcycle, or small engine technician is a plus
• Manufacturer certifications (Can-Am, Kawasaki, Sea-Doo, Yamaha, Honda, etc.) preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Must own basic tools; specialty tools provided by the dealership
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Hi-lo experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license (motorcycle endorsement a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
