Service Technician

We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and motivated employee to take a leadership role within our team. This position is responsible not only for performing services, but for leading job sites, ensuring quality standards, and supporting team performance. You will oversee daily operations in the field while delivering window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services for both residential and commercial clients. What We're Looking For in

You:

As a candidate, you must: Be physically fit. This work can be strenuous; it is necessary that you can lift and carry up to 50 lbs, squat, and move with ease Safely carry, and be comfortable climbing ladders up to 24ft to access windows and rooftops at multi-story locations We work outside year-round. You must be able to work in all types of weather conditions Possess an awareness of OSHA safety procedures. Maintain equipment and keep track of inventory Demonstrate leadership qualities—accountability, decision-making, and the ability to guide others Present yourself professionally and communicate clearly with customers and team members Have a customer focused mindset; excellent customer service is the backbone of our company Take ownership of your work and the performance of your team Be reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented Be available from 7:45a-4:30p, occasional weekends with ample notice from employer Show a willingness to learn and grow, and be open to taking on new responsibilities Be open to a background check
