Duties Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and efficiency Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards Support menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service hours Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Requirements Prior experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Proven culinary experience in a restaurant or food service environment Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting Experience with meal preparation, catering, and serving is a plus Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
