Re-Bath of New England is looking for a skilled Service & Warranty Technician to join our growing team. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience after installation by diagnosing issues, performing high-quality repairs, and ensuring every homeowner remains confident in our work. Company van provided Tools provided Gas card provided PTO Health insurance benefits 401(k) with company match Stable, year-round work Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing remodeling company Strong team culture focused on accountability, quality, and customer satisfaction What You'll Do Respond to service and warranty calls throughout RI, MA, and CT Diagnose and repair a variety of bathroom remodeling and installation issues Troubleshoot problems in the field and develop effective solutions Install and replace bathroom fixtures, trim, accessories, hardware, and glass components Complete repairs with strong craftsmanship and attention to detail Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding repairs, timelines, and expectations Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit Document repairs completed, materials used, and follow-up needs Coordinate with the production team on scheduling and additional repair work Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory professionally What We're Looking For Experience in remodeling, finish carpentry, plumbing fixture installation, service work, or warranty repair Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and attitude in customers' homes Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to travel throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut Why This Role Matters This position is more than just repairs — you are the face of our company after the installation is complete.
