Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area and dining space, adhering to food safety regulations Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately and manage POS operations including cashiering and basic math calculations Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth service flow Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence Experience in serving, bartending, or host/hostess roles that demonstrate hospitality expertise Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable experiences through exceptional service!
