Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food handling and safety practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and assisting with food preparation as needed. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing detailed information about menu items. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety guidelines. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to quality standards. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following restaurant policies for payment processing. Experience Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is a plus. Experience in bartending or catering can be beneficial for this role. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
