Shift Lead (Del Taco)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Lead to join our Del Taco team! In this role, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations while creating a fast, friendly, and clean experience for every guest. You'll support the management team by leading shifts, motivating team members, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
