Carl's Jr. is looking for friendly, energetic Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you'll help deliver great-tasting food and exceptional customer service while working in a fun, team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system Prepare food items according to Carl's Jr. standards and recipes Ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy meet company expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (grills, fryers, etc.) Assist with stocking, inventory, and restocking supplies as needed Work collaboratively with team members to keep service running smoothly during peak hours Support opening, closing, and shift cleaning duties as assigned Requirements No experience required — training provided Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash handling skills preferred Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred Benefits Competitive weekly pay Flexible scheduling Health, dental, and vision benefits available for eligible team members Paid time off for eligible employees
