As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire your team to work efficiently and passionately, creating a welcoming environment for guests. Duties Lead and supervise team members during your shift, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure smooth operations Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and food safety compliance Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with ordering to minimize waste and ensure product availability Train new staff on food handling, customer service, safety procedures, and restaurant policies Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety protocols across all areas of the restaurant Assist in managing shift schedules, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining a positive team environment Experience Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems Demonstrated skills in inventory control, cash handling, and food safety standards Experience in staff training, team management, and developing a cohesive work environment Previous hospitality or restaurant management experience preferred, including casual dining or hotel food service roles Knowledge of budgeting, food production, catering, bar operations, or banquet services is a plus Join us if you're passionate about leading teams in a vibrant environment where excellent customer service meets culinary excellence.
