Schedule:

Position Summary The Shift Leader supports daily operations by leading shifts, ensuring execution standards, and coaching team members. This role is primarily in-position and supports both FOH and BOH operations. Key Responsibilities Lead shift execution and maintain service speed and quality Support team members during peak periods Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met Assist with training new employees Monitor ticket times and kitchen flow Handle basic guest concerns and escalations Support inventory and prep management Qualifications 1-2+ years restaurant experience Leadership or trainer experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure About Bingz USA Bingz is building a strong presence in the United States and plans to open over 300 stores across North America in the next five years.
