Our main product lines include high-quality flooring, bathroom vanities, porcelain integrated sink tops, kitchen cabinets, and other remodeling materials. Our customers include homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, installers, flooring stores, building material retailers, and residential or commercial project clients. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative / Business Development Representative with strong sales ability, strong execution, and the ability to actively develop new customers and generate real results. Responsibilities Actively develop flooring stores, contractors, builders, designers, installers, renovation companies, and related industry customers Introduce company products, inventory, pricing, samples, and partnership opportunities Develop new customers, follow up with leads, close sales, and maintain long-term customer relationships Recommend suitable flooring, bathroom vanities, porcelain integrated sink tops, cabinets, and other building materials based on customer needs Follow up on quotes, samples, orders, pick-ups, deliveries, and after-sales communication Collect market information, including customer needs, competitor pricing, industry trends, and potential sales opportunities Work closely with the showroom, warehouse, and management team to improve customer conversion and service experience Submit customer visit records, follow-up updates, and sales progress reports on a regular basis Main Product Lines SPC flooring Waterproof laminate flooring Wide plank flooring collections Bathroom vanities Porcelain integrated sink tops Floating vanities Freestanding vanities Kitchen cabinets Other remodeling and building material products Our products are suitable for residential remodels, rental properties, Airbnb projects, commercial spaces, contractor projects, designer projects, and building material retail sales. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has very strong sales ability and customer development skills Is proactive and willing to visit customers, develop accounts, and follow up consistently Has experience in flooring, building materials, bathroom vanities, cabinets, construction, remodeling, home improvement, or B2B sales Can independently develop new customers and maintain long-term business relationships Has strong communication skills and can understand customer needs and drive sales forward Is goal-oriented, result-driven, and comfortable with KPI and performance evaluations Is responsible, organized, and timely with follow-ups Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Communicates fluently in English; Spanish is a plus Has local building materials, remodeling, contractor, or industry resources; this is a strong plus Schedule Minimum 4 days per week required Field sales role throughout Southern California Based out of our San Gabriel showroom Additional hours and growth opportunities may be available depending on business needs and individual performance Compensation This position includes base hourly pay in compliance with California minimum wage requirements, plus performance-based commission. Compensation will be based on sales results, customer development performance, and KPI completion. We value truly capable salespeople who can create results. For sales representatives who consistently develop customers, generate sales, and maintain long-term customer relationships, the company is willing to provide compensation that matches performance and may offer even greater earning opportunities. Specific commission structure, KPI standards, account assignment rules, payment schedule, and growth opportunities will be discussed during the interview and provided in a formal written agreement. KPI & Performance Evaluation The company will evaluate sales performance and KPI completion on a monthly basis. Evaluation factors may include, but are not limited to: New customer development Customer visits and effective customer communication Sample placement and customer follow-up Quote-to-order conversion Monthly sales volume Customer maintenance and repeat business Work records and report submission Team cooperation and execution Performance-based commission will be calculated based on actual sales results, collected payments, account assignment, and KPI completion. Final terms will be subject to the formal written agreement. Initial 90-Day Evaluation Period The first 90 days of employment will be an initial evaluation period. The company will review sales performance, customer development ability, KPI completion, attendance, communication, work attitude, teamwork, and overall fit for the position. This position is at-will employment. Either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, as permitted by applicable law. The initial evaluation period does not change the at-will employment relationship.
