We are hiring Crew Members and Shift Leads at our 24 and 25 mile locations in Shelby Twp. Must be 18 or older. Shift time is 4pm-12am. Full time or part time hours available. Must have weekend availability. Pay is base pay plus cash and credit card tips. Base pay is dependent upon experience.

Requirements:

Your own vehicle with a valid driver's license, registration, and insurance Availability for closing shifts and weekends

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations while upholding cleanliness and food safety standards Coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service Monitor all cash in the restaurant, conduct daily banking, and devise strategies to maximize sales Staffing/scheduling Interviews, Adults vs. Minors, work permits, SubSource packets, time off requests, labor%, weather/seasonal changes Training Training Material (wall charts/recipe cards, checklists), EDOCA Promotional Readiness POP kits, DQ Hub, Children's Miracle Network fundraising Food Orders/ COGS Sysco schedule, critical counts, will call pickup, COGS %, credit requests, waste logs, theoretical vs. actual yield Weekly Notes Sales, Labor, COGS Payroll Reviewing time cards, splitting credit card tips
