Shift Lead / Key Holder Kri Kri Grill - Chelmsford, MA Kri Kri Grill is a new chef-owned Greek restaurant opening in Chelmsford by acclaimed Boston chef Brendan Pelley. We're building a fast-paced, hospitality-driven restaurant focused on scratch-made Greek food, warm service, and a strong team culture. We are currently hiring Shift Leads / Key Holders to help lead our opening team. We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who can lead from the floor, stay calm under pressure, and help create a great guest experience. Responsibilities Open and close the restaurant Lead shifts and support daily operations Provide strong guest service and hospitality Assist with register, expo, food running, and service flow Help maintain cleanliness and organization Support team communication and accountability Handle guest issues and problem-solving during service Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Qualifications Restaurant experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Fast-paced restaurant experience is a plus Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Comfortable multitasking and working busy services Positive attitude and strong communication skills Nights and weekends required Compensation $24-32/hour total compensation including tips Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within a growing restaurant group Opening team opportunity with a chef-driven concept About Kri Kri Grill Kri Kri Grill is a modern Greek restaurant inspired by traditional tavernas and built around scratch cooking, hospitality, and bold Mediterranean flavors.
