Job Description

The Manager of Dining Services is charged with the oversight of all dining services operations and is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a dining program. This position is a working cooking position where the dining manager is responsible for all cooking in the community.

Responsibilities:

Cooking nourishing meals Create menus for the community Train employees in safety and security policies and procedures, environmental health, sanitation, and disease control. Oversee the food service budget. Oversee all aspects of dining services. Consult with customers to ensure their satisfaction with services.
