JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Assembly Assistant to join our operations team. This role supports day-to-day warehouse functions including picking, packing, shipping, product assembly, and inventory organization. The ideal candidate is hands-on, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a fast- paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shipping & Fulfillment Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment Verify order accuracy and ensure timely fulfillment Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) Product Assembly Assemble products according to provided instructions, specs, or work orders Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Conduct quality control checks before packaging assembled items Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Other Duties Support general warehouse and operational tasks as needed Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status, stock levels, or product issues
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, shipping, or assembly experience a plus Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable using tools and operating in a hands-on role Basic computer and label printing skills Strong attention to detail and organization Punctual, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the off-road vehicle accessory industry Forklift certification
