We are currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily logistics operations in a clean, organized, and team‑oriented environment. Job Responsibilities:

Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy Prepare and package outgoing shipments Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and/or forklifts (if trained) Track inventory and maintain organized storage areas Complete basic paperwork and system entries Follow safety procedures and quality standards Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized

Shift/Schedule:

Choose a 6:00am or 7:00am start time 8‑hour workdays Consistent schedule with no rotating shifts

Qualifications:

Shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience a plus (not required) Comfortable with lifting and material handling Attention to detail and organization Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Work Environment The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The position involves handling various shipping and receiving tasks. The role may require handling of goods and materials and adherence to safety protocols. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Butler, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
