Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler (Electrical) to join our Electrical BIM/VDC team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Autodesk tools, and AutoCAD, along with a strong understanding of BIM workflows within the MEP industry. This role involves developing accurate electrical models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models using Revit in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts with other MEP disciplines. Review and mark up drawings using Bluebeam for coordination and design accuracy. Utilize AutoCAD and Autodesk tools for drafting, modeling, and documentation. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and MEP coordinators to ensure seamless project execution. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide updates on model progress and coordination issues. Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows to support project consistency and efficiency. Assist in the preparation of shop drawings, as-built models, and project documentation. Troubleshoot modeling and coordination issues in collaboration with project teams. Manage multiple project deliverables while meeting strict deadlines. Qualifications Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Autodesk software. Strong understanding of BIM processes and electrical modeling concepts. Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and construction documents. Experience with clash detection and coordination in Navisworks. Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Dynamo, scripting, or BIM automation tools is a plus. Education & Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler or related role. Experience working on commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
