Shipping & Production Assistant Join Our Team We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Shipping & Production Assistant to support our warehouse, shipping/receiving, and manufacturing operations. This position works closely with our shipping department to prepare outgoing orders, receive incoming materials, organize inventory, and help support production as needed. Schedule & Benefits ✔ Day shift only ✔ 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday) ✔ 10-hour shifts ✔ Three-day weekends every week ✔ Strong work/life balance ✔ Stable manufacturing environment ✔ Team-oriented workplace What You'll Do Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing outgoing shipments Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy Organize inventory and maintain clean warehouse/storage areas Help prepare shipping paperwork, labels, and documentation Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries as needed Assist with production tasks when shipping/receiving duties are caught up Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Work with team members across departments to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Shipping/receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience preferred Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus) Experience with counting scales and shipping software (including UPS WorldShip preferred) is a plus Strong computer and technology skills, including comfort using tablet-based and internet-based systems, learning new software quickly, and navigating digital workflows Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and strong attendance Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team Ability to pass a background and drug screening
