6 months (potential for full-time conversion) Job Summary Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Quality Analyst to support a high-energy quality and logistics environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with onsite teams and third-party logistics staff to ensure shipment quality and compliance, investigate discrepancies, support the customer claims process, and drive continuous improvement. Core Responsibilities Work collaboratively with third-party logistics teams and internal customers to address and resolve shipping discrepancy claims. Investigate shipment discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Facilitate the customer claims process, acting as a key liaison between the shipping office and claims analyst teams. Provide ongoing support to the Quality team, assisting with activities aimed at meeting targets and advancing quality initiatives. Help manage the returnable container program, ensuring adherence to procedures and program requirements. Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs. as needed to fulfill operational requirements. Perform duties in both office and warehouse environments, which may include walking and standing within a large warehouse setting. Skills Needed for the Role Exceptional ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-moving environment. Superior verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation. Advanced computer literacy, including experience with data analysis, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant databases. Strong data entry and report generation skills. High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities. Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to clearly explain complex issues to diverse audiences. Additional Information College degree preferred. Interviews will be conducted in-person and are expected to last one hour. This is a 6-month onsite role with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position, depending on performance and business need. Ready to take your career further?
