Shipping & Receiving TW Powersports South 595 Tracy Road, Whiteland, IN 46184 $15 an hour - Part-time $15 an hour - Part-time Tom Wood Powersports South , in Whiteland IN, is looking for a Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team! The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the parts department in a fast-paced powersports dealership environment. This role ensures that motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related parts and accessories are received, processed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders Unload deliveries and properly store inventory in designated areas Process and label outgoing shipments, including packaging parts and coordinating carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) Maintain accurate inventory records in the dealership management system Assist with cycle counts and periodic physical inventory Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Support parts counter staff by locating and pulling parts as needed Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment (if certified) Follow dealership procedures for returns, warranties, and core processing

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or parts experience is a plus (especially in powersports, automotive, or motorsports industries) Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Required- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, preferably with motorcycle endorsement or ability to attain one quickly.
