SHIPPING & RECEIVING ASSOCIATE

Monday•Friday 8:00 AM•4:30 PM $17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies Package, label, and stage finished goods for outgoing shipments Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups as directed Safely move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Deliver materials to production areas to support workflow Accurately enter and track shipping and inventory data in company systems Maintain shipping supplies and ensure a clean, organized work environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Basic computer skills and ability to use measuring tools Ability to stand, sit, bend, and stoop throughout the workday Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety guidelines Forklift experience preferred
