General Production Workers Needed ASAP

• $19•21/hr Job Description This role involves working in a highly automated environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving tasks.

Will involved stacking, palletizing, prepping for shipping in a 12 hour shift! Days and Night shifts available in a 2-2-3 schedule. 7am

Makes totes and crates for companies like Walmart, Advance Auto Parts, CarQuests, Academy, etc. It is highly automated so the robots do a lot of the work. The shipping / receiving clerk will be in charge of stacking, palletizing, and organizing finished totes. They will also label them, hot stamp, and decorate them per the customer's request. Will be standing, twisting, bending, and stacking for 12 hour shifts. Perform the assembly, decoration, and packaging operations for finished goods Complete visual quality inspections of parts produced at work center while performing assembly operations Identify work center, work order, and part quality concerns Learn new position responsibilities following the internal growth and cross training plan Participate in safety and team meetings, aiding in the continuous improvement of the overall operation and work environment Apply FG labels, scan into inventory, and move finished goods from machine location to next destination Audit inventory in production locations, validating product physical and transactional locations match, as reflected in the MRP system Utilize Tablets to print labels with accurate pallet quantities based on the work order quantity required per pallet Steel toed shoes required.

Pay:

$19.hr for days and $21/hr for nights. They're doing an incentive where the candidate will get $25 per day for showing up on time, working a full shift, and leaving on time per shift.

• 7am Responsibilities Stack, palletize, and organize finished totes as per customer specifications.

Label, hot stamp, and decorate totes according to customer requests. Perform assembly, decoration, and packaging operations for finished goods. Conduct visual quality inspections of parts produced at work center. Identify and address work center, work order, and part quality concerns. Participate in safety and team meetings to aid in continuous improvement. Apply FG labels, scan inventory, and move finished goods to the next destination. Audit inventory to ensure accuracy between physical and transactional locations. Utilize tablets to print labels with accurate pallet quantities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ottawa, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00
