A couple of the responsibilities for the position: • Responsible for the timely processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining adequate shipping supplies Conduct fixed asset check in/check out procedures Perform physical inventory organization and management, shipping vendor scheduling Ensure efficient filing of all related documents while maintaining accuracy Check-in all incoming shipments against packing list or check-out sheet within 24 hours of arrival according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and sales workflow Inspect shipments for damages or defects, report discrepancies or damages to Staff Accountant Maintain comprehensive and organized inbound/outbound photo library Maintain organization and security of all inventories, Demo and Rental assets Complete customer orders according to SOP and sales workflow Ensure compliance with sales order shipping requirements Arrange transportation that optimizes service and cost Ensure shipping area is always organized and clean, meeting all compliance regulations Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and other related policies and procedures Maintain accurate and organized records of shipments Take photos of all items coming in and out Keep records of packing slips Perform oversight and coordination of cleaning, repair, maintenance, security, health & safety of the office and corporate assets (limited to FFE). What we need from you… Ability to lift up to 60-80 lbs 3+ years' experience in Shipping and Receiving Experience with FedEx ShipStation Experience with UPS WorldShip Experience using various shipping programs Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite with expert Excel skills, Adobe Suite, Internet, and web programming.
