Shipping/Receiving Coordinator Compensation:

Full Time About the role: PrideStaff is partnering with a global leader in industrial technology, to find a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Coordinator for their Fletcher, NC facility. In this vital role, you will manage the flow of goods by verifying incoming inventory, coordinating domestic and international logistics, and ensuring production teams have the materials they need to succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for a warehouse professional looking to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
Inventory Integrity:
Identify all incoming products, check for defects, confirm quantities, and enter receipts accurately into the ERP system.
Logistics Coordination:
Request freight quotes for domestic and international shipments while scheduling pickups for LTL and expedited truck shipments.
Material Handling:
Safely operate forklifts and manual pallet jacks to move materials and unload sea containers or air freight.
Quality Assurance:
Document and photograph any damaged shipments or items prior to outgoing delivery to ensure high standards are met.
Production Support:
Record the issuance and return of work order materials to the Production Department and assist with regular cycle-counting.
Documentation:
Prepare shipping labels and packing lists, track and trace shipments, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Experience:
At least two years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
Education:
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Tech Savvy:
Sound knowledge of Microsoft products; experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably throughout the shift.
Communication Skills:
