Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Shipping Assistant/Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and supporting the seamless movement of goods within our distribution center. Your proactive approach will ensure accurate order fulfillment, safe materials handling, and smooth warehouse operations. HLE Drones is the parent company to www.nuwayag.com, and www.dronedeerrecovery.com. We deal in drones, and the supporting products and services. Responsibilities Safely operate various types of equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse. Manage inventory by accurately stocking products, conducting regular inventory counts, and maintaining precise records using warehouse management systems. Support order fulfillment processes by picking, packing, and preparing shipments with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery. Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation and inspecting goods for quality and accuracy. Maintain organized storage areas by implementing effective inventory control practices and ensuring proper placement of stock on pallets or shelves. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Requirements Suggested experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or manufacturing settings.

PHYSICAL CAPABILITY

to perform lifting tasks regularly; comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. This part-time position could turn into full-time in 2026.
