In person Summary Looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help in a small manufacturing and e-commerce shop. We design, make, and ship products in-house, so this role includes a mix of shop work and helping get orders out the door. Great fit for someone who likes working with tools, building things, or has a hobby background. No advanced experience needed—we'll train the right person. What You'll Do Help with assembly and basic shop tasks Sand, fit, and prep parts Assist with CNC and 3D printing (loading/unloading parts) Help with packaging and shipping orders Keep the shop clean and organized What We're Looking For Shows up on time and ready to work Good attention to detail Willing to learn and take direction Comfortable working with your hands Nice to Have (Not Required) Hands-on or "maker" type hobbies Interest in CNC, 3D printing, or manufacturing Physical Requirements Able to stand for extended periods Able to lift and move items up to ~30 lbs
